In accordance with the requirement of Technical Specification 6.9.1.10, Entergy Operations is providing the Monthly Operating Report for Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1 for October 1993.
In the September 1993 Monthly Operating Report, the Component Code for Shutdown Number 93-008 was incorrectly reported as a Pump (P).
The corrected code is an Eductor (ERD).
