On Jane 18', 1990, the staff provided several comments and recommendations on your MOV program and requested that you provide a discussion of your plans with respect to the five-year or three-refueling outage schedule recomended by Generic Letter 89-10 for completion of the initial test program. On August 27, 1990, yeu i esponded to the-staff's comments and provided your plans for the cortpletion of the initial test program.
Your response-to Generic Letter 89-10 and the staff's coments indicated.that

- T'lierefore, the staff considers TAC No. 75679 to be closed.
Your program description should be retained on-site for possible further NRC staff review.
The implementation of your MOV program in accordance with the Generic Letter and'its supplements will be subject to NRC inspection in the future.
