FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN REVISIONS (TAC NO. L30622)
This refers to your application dated September 23, 1993, requesting an amendment to Materials License SNM-33 to incorporate changes to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan.
Our review of your application has identified additional information that is needed before final action can be taken on your request. The additional information, specified in the enclosure, should be provided within 30 days of the date of this letter. Please reference the above TAC No. in future correspondence related to this request.
In addition, we would like to remind you to identify and mark accordingly, correspondence that you believe contains proprietary information which should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790. Documents which are not marked may be inadvertently placed in the Public Document Room.
We have determined that the revisions to your FHMC Plan that were submitted on September 23, 1993, contain proprietary information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, we have determined that the enclosure to this letter contains proprietary information as defined by 10 CFR 2.790(d), and it too will be withheld from public disclosure.
