Dear Sir:
By' letter dated October 12, 1992, the McGuire Nuclear Station, Unit 1, second ten year IST program plan was o
submitted for NRC review.
A Safety Evaluation (SE)'
providing the results of the NRC staff review'of-the relief requests submitted within the Unit 1.IST program plan was
-provided by an October 12,.1993 NRC letter.
This NRC' letter.-
requested that for relief requests that were denied, rhe licensee should, within 90 days from the date of the SE transmittal letter, comply with applicable Section XI requirements and Generic Letter 89-04 guidelines.
- Further, that any additional information supporting the denied _ relief l requests should also be submitted within'the same time period.
Please be. advised that our response is currently under-development.
I currently anticipate being able to submit:
our response no later than February 24, 1994.
