SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-445/93-38; 50-446/93-38
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. A. B. Earnest of this office on
October 18-22, 1993. The. inspection. included a review of activities
authorized for your Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station. At the conclusion.
of the inspection, the findings were discussed with you and those members of. 1
your staff identified in the enclosed report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. These . a
areas included selective examination of procedures and representative -records, ,
interviews with personnel, 'and observations- by the inspector. The-results of '
this inspection are documented in the enclosed report.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defin' ed by.
10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited'by
Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Therefore, ~ the -
material will not be placed in the Public Document Room.. .
