NRC INSPECTION REPORT N05. 50-361/93-39 AND 50-362/93-39
This letter refers to the routine announced-inspection conducted by Mr. C. A.
'
Clark of this office, and Mr. M. Modes of NRC Region I, on December 6 through
December 10, 1993, of activities authorized by NRC Operating License Nos.
NPF-10 and NPF-15. The results of this inspection were provided in-
discussions held by the inspector with Mr. R. Krieger and other members of
your staff on December 10, 1993.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed
inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No violations or deviations were identified within the scope of this
inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure
will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
