The enclosed Rancho Seco Annual Report contains (1) shutdown statistics, (2) a narrative summary of shutdown experience, and (3) tabulations of facility changes, tests, and experiments required pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59(b).

Prior to will cover the annual period from May 7 May 1992, Rancho Seco submitted monthly reports in accordance with the Operating Plant Technical Specifications. The NRC approved the PDTS in April 1992, and Rancho Seco implemented the PDTS on May 7,1993. Since the last monthly report the District submitted was for April 1992, the enclosed annual report includes information beginning May 1,1992.
