On 10/16/93 at 2210 power reduction to 50% was started in preparation:for Main-Steam Safety Valve Test and reached on 10/17/93 at 0415.

q On 10/21/93 at 0022 Unit 1 was shutdown for Refueling Outage Mode-2 and Rx'
