American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, 1977 Edition with Addenda through Summer 1979 The purpose of this letter is to submit a copy of the Inservice Inspection Summary Report, including the Owner's Reports of Repairs and Replacements for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 2.
This report is submitted to meet the requirements of Paragraph IWA-6230 of the above reference, and covers the inservice examinations of Class 1 and Class 2 pressure retaining components and their supports.
This report covers the period from November 21, 1991, through August 8, 1993, the date of the unit's return to service followir.g the Cycle 7 Refueling Outage.
