(1) NRC Letter dated December 16, 1993, " Disposition of Error Notices Received from Boeing Computer Services."
The Reference 1 letter requested that GPU Nuclear provide a summary of evaluations and responses to the error notices received from' Bc,eing Computer Services (BCS). A listing of BCS error notices entitled " Nuclear Error Notice Log Since Commercial Contract Termination (December 1990)" was provided.
Reference 1 requested, within 30 days of the letter, a response or, if needed, a request for additional time.
GPU Nuclear requests an extension to February 15, 1994 to complete and submit our response to the~ Reference 1 letter. This extension is based on the document retrieval and submittal preparation time necessary to process your request.
