requested.a change to the Technical Specifications for the Brunswick
-Steam Electric Plant, Units 1 and 2.
The proposed change revises the l Technical 1 Specifications to: (1) permit the removal of the Rod Sequence E
Control System,cand (2), reduce the Rod Worth Minimizer cutoff setpoint
'from 20 percent rated > thermal power to 10 percent rated thermal power.
On. August 9, 1990, CP&L' submitted typed' Technical Specification pages
'forithe Staff's convenience.
Subsequently,'on August 24, 1990, a meeting ~was held between the Staff and CP&LLto discuss the general topic of Technical Specification Changes and the. mechanics for indicating page
,i changes (i.e., location of revision bars, pagination of pages,1 deletion W>
