The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 66 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-21 for Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1, in response to your application dated July 26, 1993.
l The amendment increases the maximum stroke time for reactor water cleanup system isolation valves CU-2, 3, 5, and 28 from 18 seconds to 20 seconds 'in-6 Technical Specification Table 3.7.1.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
