-.By letter dated June 28, 1990, Tennessee. Valley Authority (TVA) requested an amendment to License Nos. SNM-1865 and SNH_1683. to effect organizational
-changes for radiation control-functions.

l health physics organization, but is supported by; 3 Corporate Radiological io Control (RADC0H) personnel. The proposed change will shift 'the responsibility for the radiation control functions from RADCON to the TVA Occupational Health &
4 Safety personnel and the TVA Western Area Radiological Laboratory at Muscle-4 Shoals, Alabama. This change will not have an adverse effect on the public health and safety or the environment. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR-S1,22(c)(11), neither an Environmental linpact Statement nor an Environmental-Assessment is warranted for the proposed action ~.
