UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.19 to Facility Operating License No.:R-66 for the University of Virginia Reactor (UVAR) and Amendment No. 7 to Facility Operating License No. R-123 for the University of Virginia CAVALIER Research Reactor. The amendments consist of changes to the Technical-Specifications in response to your submittals dated July 10 1990, and-July 20, 1990.

The amendments update the organizational structure, and provide clarification on your audit function of reactor operations.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 19 to Facility Operating License No. R-66 and Amendment No. 7 to Facility
