Docket Nos. 50-361 and 50-362 Senior Reactor Operator Employment Status Change San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 & 3 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.74(a), this letter is to inform you that Kenneth L.
Houseman, Docket No. 55-50288, has transferred to a position at San Onofre which does not require a Senior Reactor Operator license.
Therefore, in j
accordance with 10 CFR 55.55(a) his license, No. SOP-50198-1, has expired.
The effective date of this personnel transfer was December 14, 1992.
This notification is late due to an administrative error.
Following a thorough review, Edison has determined that this omission was an isolated occurrence and appropriate corrective actions are being taken to preclude recurrence.
