HEMATITE RENEWAL SCHEDULE (TAC NO. L21637) i This refers to your letter dated December 31, 1993, which proposed new dates for submitting several chapters of the Combustion Engineering, Hematite license renewal application.
You indicated that CE needs more time than l
anticipated to prepare of these documents. As Dr. Sean Soong of my staff discussed with you during a telecon, your proposed submittal dates are acceptable, i.e., January 15, 1994, for Chapter 15, " Process Description and Safety Analyses" and for Chapters concerning the new 10 CFR Part 20 requirements and January 31, 1994, for criticality chapters.
