Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS)
Units 1,2, and 3 Docket Nos. STN 50-528/529/530 Emergency Plan implementing Procedure Update File: 93-002-493: 93-056-026 in accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.V. enclosed please find a copy of a revised PVNGS Emergency Plan implementing Procedure (EPIP). The procedure included with this transmittal is indicated on the enclosed list. Also included for your information is a complete listing of the PVNGS EPIPs.
The enclosed EPIP contains information considered private or proprietary (including names and internal telephone numbers).
In accordance with Generic Letter No. 81-27, the specific information has been bracketed on the EPIP. Arizona Public Service Company (APS) requests that this information be considered confidential and withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a) and 10 CFR 9.17(a).
By copy of this letter, APS is forwarding two copies of the enclosure to the NRC Region V Office.
A copy of the revised EPIP is provided to the NRC Resident inspector's Office as an update to the assigned controlled procedures.
