Dear Mr. MacDonald:
The Ouality Assurance Program Manual (Document No.
56-1168014-01) on which QA Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0506 (Revision 2) is based has been completely revised to reflect organizational changes.
A copy of the revised manual (Document No. 56-1168014-02) is attached for your review.
The release notice in front of the revised manual summarizes the changes made.
With the exception of the organizational changes made, the basic requirements remain unchanged.
Upon completica of your review and accepta :ce of the revised QA Program Manual, we request that the following modifications be made to Quality Assurance Program Approval for Radioactive H.aterial Packages No. 0506 (Revision 2):
