REVISE AUDITS AND INSPECTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES (TAC NO. L21664)
In accordance with your amendment application dated October 12, 1993, and pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1227 is hereby amended to authorize a revision to the audits and inspections responsibilities under Section 2.6.5 of the license.
Accordingly, Condition S-1 is amended to include the date of October 12, 1993.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of License SNM-1227 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
