r During an NRC inspection conducted on July -19 through August 24, 1992, and October 1~and November 2,1992, violations of NRC requirements were f
identified.
In accordance with the " General' Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," the violations are listed below:
10 CFR 50.9, Completeness and accuracy of information, requires -in part, that-information required by statute or by Commission regulations, orders,'or license conditions to be maintained by the licensee shall. be complete and accurate in all material respects. -
Contrary to the above, the licensee determined that records required to be maintained by Commission regulations or license conditions were not complete

July 19 through November 2, 1992, 27 individuals were identified as'having i
made record entries which were incomplete or inaccurate. These errors were i
material in that they evidenced that checks had been made when they had not.
