In accordance with your September 10, 1993 application and pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, License SNM-1097 is hereby amended to authorize revisions to your Radiological Contingency and Emergency Plan. Accordingly, Safety License Condition S-1 is revised, to include the date of September 10, 1993. All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-lu97 and the Safety Evaluation Report which includes the Categorical Exclusion.
