It was a pleasure to speak to you on Tuesday, January 19, about a range of matters.
Under separate cover I am sending you something about the nucle 3r ree' tor programs in the former Soviet Union which, although fron. last summer, is stil.1 quite up to date.
Enclosed is the response I prepared in Taiwan dealing with your letter to Dr. Lee.
I did not see the actual letter -- just a retyped version which might have paraphrases or other short cuts, so I can't be sure of what you actually said.
