Procedure RP/0/B/5000/17 previously titled " Emergency Data Transmittal System Access" is replaced by this revision. These revisions are being submitted in accordance with -

10CFR50.54 (q) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures or the Emergency Plan.

Please delete privacy material in the form of personal telephone numbers prior to placing in the Public Document Room.

By copy of this letter, two copies of the above documents are being provided to the NRC, Region II.
