W. C. Marsh (SCE) to Document Control Desk (NRC) letter, dated April 16, 1993.
This letter confirms that Southern California Edison (SCE) has completed replacement of Thermo-Lag 330-1 Fire Barriers in the floors between fire areas 2/3-PE-63-3B and 2/3-PE-45-3A (tendon access hatches) for San Onofre Units 2 and 3.
The replacement material satisfies SCE's commitments in the referenced letter and completes all San Onofre Unit 2 and 3 actions related to NRC Bulletin 92-01, " Failure of Thermo-Lag 330 Fire Barrier System.
