Subject: NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-528/93-42, 50-529/93-42, AND 50-530/93-42
This refers to a routine announced inspection conducted by Messrs. M. Royack
and F. Gee of this office, during the period of August 30 through September 3,
1993. The inspection covered activities authorized by NRC License Numbers
NPF-41, NPF-51, and NPF-74. At the conclusion of the inspection, on September
3, the inspectors discussed the findings with members of your staff identified
in the enclosed report.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the report. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the
i'spectors.

No violations or deviations of HRC requirements were identified.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's, " Rules of Practice," a copy of
this letter and enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
