This letter refers to the special inspection conducted by Mr. H. Dean Chaney
of this office on November 8-10, 1993, :.f activities authorized by NRC license
Nos. NPF-41, NPF-51, and NPF-74, and to the discussion of our findings held by
the inspector with Mr. J. Levine and other members of your staff at the
conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described'in the encinsed inspection
report. Within theta areas, the inc)ection consisted of selective
examinations of proce 'Jres and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observ.tions by the inspector.

No deviations or violations of NRC requirements were identifiod within the
scope of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.703(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure
