included in the subject submittal. The changes described in this submittal were reviewed in accordance with the requirements and acceptance criteria set forth in NUREG-0800,

" Standard Review Plan," Section 17.2 to ascertain their compliance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(a).

Based on our review, we have determined that the proposed changes are acceptable in that they will not effect a reduction of the commitments in the Quality Assurance Program Description previously accepted by the Commission and that the revised program incorporating such changes will continue to satisfy the criteria of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50.

Dear Sirs:

In accordance with 10CFR50.71(e)(4) and 10CFR50.4(b)(6), this letter submits one original and ten (10) copies of Revision 11 of the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Units 2 and 3. The enclosed copics are being provided to the NRC with a page revision listing that identifies the latest revision date of all current pages in accordance with 10CFR50.71(e)(1). We I

have also provided page replacement instructions for incorporating Revision 11 into the UFSAR. As required by 10CFR50.71(e)(5), each replacement page contains a bold vertical line in the margin adjacent to each

j area changed along with the date of the change. Revision 11 reflects changes made up to a maximum of l

six months prior to this subrnitial in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.71(e)(4). As a resutt, the

UFSAR Revision 11 reflects changes made to PBAPS, Units 2 and 3, under the provision of 10CFR50.59,-

l at least up to January 1,1993.

l The enclosed UFSAR Revision 11 also contains the annual revision of the Ouality Assurance (QA) Program f

l Description which is being submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.54(a)(3). The revised OA Program l
