SYSTEMATIC ASSESSMENT OF LICENSEE PERFORMANCE (SALP)
REQUEST FOR FUNCTIONAL AREA OUTLINE - BRUNSWICK UNITS 1 AND 2 Enclosured are the written SALP feeder inputs on the performance of Brunswick during SALP period November 1,1992 to November 6,1993.
In addition, other pertinent supplemental information has been enclosed.
Please review the SALP inputs for the areas assigned to you and provide an outline report as described

in ROI 0516, Rev. 2, Section E, " General Guidance for the SALP Program."
The input should be provided by November 8, 1993, to Harold Christensen, Chief, Section lA, Division of Reactor Projects, Region II.
The outlines will be compiled and distributed to all Board members by November 12, 1993.
The SALP Board for Brunswick will be conducted on November 18, 1993. Please be prepared to present the outline covering your assigned SALP functional area at the Board meeting.
The assigned responsibility by functional area for the subject SALP assessment is a follows:
