Oyster Creek Nuclear Generatiry Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 211 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generatir.g Station (OCtGS), Facility Operating License No. DPR-16, requests a change to that license.
Under a Limiting Condition for Operation, the Technical Specifications require daily testing of the redundant system or component to demonstrate operability.
This supot.ed Technical Specification Change Request would allcu verification as a means of determining operability by the ahtion of surveillance records.
This suposed change does not preclude testing as the means of determinirq operability.
This charv3e request has been reviewed in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oc2ES Technical Specifications, and using the standards in 10 CFR 50.92 we have concluded that this proposed change does not constitute a significant hazards consideration.
