PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL UNDER THE STATE OF TENNESSEE /NRC ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING CONTRACT A routine appraisal of performance under the NRC/ State of Tennessee Environmental Monitoring Contract was completed on September 7-8, 1993. -A copy of the NRC Appraisal Report is' enclosed.
.The appraisal included an in-depth assessment of activities performed and the annual report submitted by the State of Tennessee pursuant to the 1992 contract and included a preliminary review of the State performance under the 1993 contract. Results of the appraisal were discussed with members of your staff by Mr. N. G. McNeill during a visit to your office and laboratory in Nashville, Tennessee on September 8, 1993.
