COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION EMERGENCY PLAN, REVISION 16 We have received your letter dated October 4, 1993, which transmitted Revision 16 to the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Emergency Response Plan.
The plan revision was submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q). Among the changes contained in the revision are a description of a new automatic callout system for response personnel, changes in emergency assessment computer systems, and revised titles of Emergency Plan Procedures.
We have reviewed the changes to the plan and determined that they are acceptable and do not decrease the effectiveness of your emergency planning for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station.
