DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 TRANSMITTAL OF CPSES EMERGENCY ?LAN, REVISION 16 Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10CFR50.54(a). TU Electric herewith submits Revision 16 of the CPSES Emergency Pl an ( EP).
The chenge" comprising Revision 16 were evaluated and determined to not decrease tne effectiveness of the existing plans.
Changes are indicated by a Revision 15 change bar.
A detailed description, provided as Attachment 1. discusses individual changes indicated by the change bar.
The following is a general summary of the changes included in this revision to the CPSES Emergency Plan:
1.
Revised EP Section 4.5 to update description of autodial callout system.
A new automatic dialing system was purchased with enhanced f eatures to replace the previous '5-machine" callout system.

Revised the listed titles of Emergency Plan Procedures in EP Appendix K.

The Emergency Response Facility Computer System e
(ERFCS) was deleted due to a design modification (DM-92-039) which deleted the ERFCS from Unit I and incorporated its functins into the new Unit I and 2 Plant Computer Systems (PCS). Guidance and t
instructions provided by EPP-311 are now provided by User Guides for the PCS. Key Emergency Organization position personnel have been trained on the subject PCS User Guides: the PCS User Guides are available in the CPSES Emergency Response Facilities..
