NRC EXAMINATION REPORT N0. 50-395/93-301
This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) administered examina-
tions led by Richard S. Baldwin on November 19, 1993. The examinations were
administered to employees of your company who currently hold licenses to
operate the V. C. Summer Nuclear Station.
These operators had failed the
requalification examination administered in June 1993. At the conclusion of
the examination, the examinations and preliminary findings were discussed with
those members of your staff identified in the NRC Examination Report,
Enclosure 1.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of
this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
