NOTICE OF VIOLATIDN Union Electric Company Docket No. 50-483 Callaway Nuclear Plant License No. NPF-30 During an NRC inspection conducted on August I through September 30, 1992, a violation of SRC requirements was identified.
In accordance with the
" General State 9ent of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions,"
the violatier, is listed below:
10 CFR 50.9, Completeness and accuracy of information, requires, in part, that information required by statute or by Commission regulations, orders, or license conditions to be maintained by the. licensee shall be complete and accurate in all material respects.
Contrary to the above, the licensee determined that records required to be maintained by Commission regulations or license conditions were not complete and accurate in all material respects. Specifically, after the licensee performed a surveillance of their log integrity, they identified 14 records as being incomplete or inaccurate. These errors were material in that they evidenced that checks had been made when they had not.
No response to this Notice of Violation is required.
