Operation will not be resumed. A Possession Only License was issued on October 23, 1992, which became effective on March 9, 1993 when the NRC was notified that all fuel had been offloaded from the core.

Proposed Permanently Defueled Technical Specifications (PDTS) were submitted for NRC approval on May 12, 1993.
