CHAPTER 8 RADIOLOGICAL CONTINGENCY PLAN SPC has developed and published a radiological contingency plan documented in EMF-32, Part i entitled, "Siemens Power Corporation - Nuclear Division Engineering and Manufacturing Facility Emergency Plan, Part I," (the plan).

! SPC shall maintain implementing procedures for the plan. In addition, SPC shall make l no change in the plan, without the prior approval of the Commission,if the change would l decrease the effectiveness of the plan. SPC may make changes to the plan without the Commission's prior approval provided the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of

the plan. SPC shall provide a copy of each such change.to the Director of Nuclear

Material Safety & Safeguards, NRC HQ, with copies to the approprate NRC Regional office and affected offsite response organizations within six months after each change is 1

made.
