1974 -: Emoloves Concerns Prooram Reoresentative. Provide technical guidance and leadership to the Employee Concerns Program and responsible line management.

Develop and administrate the program under the direction of the Senior Vice President, Nuclear Operations, and the Director, Nuclear Operations Site Support; recolve, document, evaluate / Investigate, process, and resolve allegations made by employees (including anonymous / confidential safety concerns) against procedures, codos, standards, specification, and management practicos. Implement and maintain a reporting and tracking system to keep management appraised of concern status and trends.

Florida Power Corporation, Nuclear Operations Department: Senior Nuclear Quality assurance Soociallet. Systems Specialist; Lead Auditor; OA Surveillance. OA Program ovaluation and maintenance (including 10CFR50.54a changes); Process Modelling; independent review of all aspects of Nuclear Operations including plant operation, maintenance, modification, destga, procurement, and administration.
