DOCKET NO. 50-302 This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of November 18, 1993, which transmitted Revision 6-3 to the Crystal River Physical Security Plan.
Our review of most of the changes has found them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
One change is not consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). As discussed in a teleconference on December 7, 1993 between Mr. G. Longhouser of your Company and Ms. O. Masnyk of this Region, you proposed charge to the compensatory measures in Section 6.1.1.1.1, on page 50, is a decrease of the effectiveness of your security program.
Please revert to your original commitment to preclude a violation of regulatory requirements.
The enclosure to your letter is being withheld from public disclosure because it contains Safeguards Information and must be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 73.21.
