November 1993 l

The cycle 9-10 refueling outage continued through the month of November.

The following major safety related maintenance was performed during the month of j

November:

1.

Performed miscellanecus corrective and preventive maintenance on the diesel j

generators. Completed work on the 2C diesel generator as part of the station.

l black-out modification.

Ll 2.

Performed eddy. current testing, sleeving of tubes, and plugging of tubes in all j

three steam generators.

3.

Completed refueling the reactor and performed the reactor vessel assembly.

4.

Achieved reactor initial criticality at 2251 on Il-29-93.
