INSTRUMENT AIR SUPPLY SYSTEM PROBLEMS AFFECTING SAFETY-RELATED EQUIPMENT, EDWIN I. HATCH UNITS 1 AND 2, (GENERIC LETTER 88-14) (MPA B-107) (TACS 71668 AND 71669)

We have received your letter of July 27, 1990, presenting the final response to issues raised by Generic Letter 88-14 regarding the adequacy of the instrument air supply for Hatch Units 1 and 2.

In conjunction with your previous letters dated February 10, 1989, and July 11, 1989, you have now responded completely to all issues raised by the generic letter, including a discus.

'n of your program for maintaining proper instrument air quality. Accordingly, we consider your response to Generic Letter 88-14 to be complete and we are closing TACS 71668 and 71669.

Your efforts in regard to instrument air supply may be subject to a post-implementation audit inspection.
