Reference 1 transmitted Revision 0 of the combined Unit 1 and 2 Inservice Testing Plan (IST) and described the phase-in process for Unit 1.

Inservice Testing Plan for Unit 1 Only (curre-ly Revision 6) 2)
Inservice Testing Plan for Units 1 and 2 (currently Revision 3) l As discussed in Reference 1 the Unit 1 IST Plan (item 1 above) was phased-out prior to the return to power following the third refueling outage for CPSES Unit 1 (1RF03). As noted in the enclosed memo either discard your i

Unit 1 (1RF03). The implementation status has been tracked by. Technical Compliance.
The phase-in process has assured that the appropriate portions.of the combined plan have been implemented prior to superseding related portions of the existing Unit 1 program plan.
This memo requests that the copy holders of the Unit 1 only IST Plan, Revision i
6, discard, or clearly mark the cover sheet and the outside of the manual as-i
" historical, the Unit 1 IST plan (item 1 above) after Unit I has entered Mode 4 during the startup for cycle 4. -After Mode 4'the Unit 1 and 2 IST. Plan i
(item 2) will supersede the Unit 1 IST Plan (item 1 above).
