FOhTICELW WCIIAR GENERATDM PUAT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 On Mazth 28, 1974, while perfoming local leak rate tests on primary contaiment isolation valves, Feedwater Checkvalve, W 97-2, was found to be leakire 929 SCIN.

This is in excess of the acceptance criteria for local leak rate tests specified in section 4.7.A.2.f. of the Technical Specifications. he redundant isolation valve in the same feedrater line has not yet been leak tested. Corrective actions to be taken on W 97-2 will be detemined following empletion of the occurrence irriestigation.
