Dear Mr. Roisran:
As discussed in my letter to you of December 14 and in our telephone discussion yesterday, there is. enclosed the Regulatory Staff's safety evaluttion concernin; the modified Exxon fuel densification model da t e c' N ec-hcr 17, 3973.
i In that connection, there is alto enclosed material which includes all of the mitten data provided to us by Exxon to date in the course of cur review ef this rodified r.odel, with the exception of Oyster Creek !!ucicar Generating Station, Docbet 50-219, Supplenent No. 3 to racility Chaage Request :;o. 4, 1.pril 17, 1973 (Proprietary) and two charts clained to be proprietary by Exxon. Action by the Regulatory staff on the request to withhold the data claired to be proprietary has not yet been completed.
This supplements the information provided by ry letters of October 5 and Novenber 1, dealin3 with previous subnissions to the AEC concerning fuel densification in E:c en fuel.
There is also enclosed all documents, including internal renorandc, devcicped by the Regulatory staf f and its contractors on the codified Lxr.oa nodel.
This letter also confirrs our agrecrent to brief you and your associates at the AEC office in Ecthesda on December 20, 1973, concerning the underlying data provided to the staff on the modified Exxon and CE fuel densification codels and our evaluation of this informtion.
