TRANSFER TO PROJECT DIRECTORATE IV.1 The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Units 1 and 2 of GGNS have been transferred to Project Directorate IV.I. The effective date of the transfer is June 4,1990. The NRC Project Manager for GGNS, L. L. Kintner, has been assigned to Project Directorate IV-1 on the same date and will continue as Project Manager for GGNS.
