The corrective actions described in your letter dated.; December.5,1989, in response to our. November 9,1989 letter concerning-the inspe'ction of your activities at the TRUPACT Assembly Facility, are adequate. Similarly, the corrective actions described in your letter dated December 6,1989, in repsonse to our November 6,1989 letter concerning the inspection at~your Federal Way, Washington facility are also adequate. No additional information is requested for either inspection.
A follow-up inspection ~ of your activities at the TRUPACT Assembly Facility was conducted on February 13-14, 1990. TF.ee Items of Nonconformance were identi-fied which were transmitted to' you in our letter of April 3,1990. - Your response to Items A and B as described in your letter ofjpril_24,.1990, was-adequate and no additional information is requested.

'In regard to Item C, concerning less-than-nominal wall-thickness measurement on TRUPACT-II packagings, the corrective actions that have been or will be
-taken are adequate. However, this item is to remain open until the corrective action is completed.
In this regard, we understand that all
'TRUPACT-II packagings with this co_ndition are in a hold status.
Please advise me should this status change or when the units are repaired. Also please advise me when.one or more new production units of the TRUPACT-II design will be completed.
The corrective actions taken and implementation of your quality assurance program will be reviewed in future inspections of your transportation c
