Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Northern States Power Docket No. 50-263 Company Based on the inspection conducted on February 21-24, 1978, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC require-ments, as noted below. This item is an infraction.
Technical Specification B.2.4.4.e states that, " Sampling and analysis of radioactive material in gaseous vaste, including particulate forms and radiciodines, shall be performed in accordance with Table 2.4-2."
Technical Specification Table 2.4-2, directs that containment purges shall be sampled each purge and analysis performed to identify principal gn==a emitters.
Contrary to the above technical specifications, before mid-January, 1978, analysis of each containment purge had not included noble gas principal ga-ma emitters.
