OF PROGRESS REVIEW MEETING REGARDING STATUS OF LICENSING ACTIONS On Wednesday, November 14, 1990, a meeting was held at the Oyster Creek Nuclear GeneratingStationwithGPUNuclearCorporation(GPUN,thelicensee)todiscuss the status of Oyster Creek licensing actions. is the list of individuals participating in the discussion. is a marked-up copy of the staff's Project Manager Report (PMR) dated November 9,1990, for Oyster Creek. The markup to update PMR resulted from the discuss-lon on each item or TAC number in this meeting. The status of eachitemisgiveninthelastcolumnontheright-handsideofthePMRsheets.

The status in that column is the following: "01 means the licensee, "02" means staff reviews, "03" means staff's Project Manager and "04" means complete.

The updating of the PMR for Oyster Creek was done during the discussion on I

each licensing action in this meeting. The licensing action items are listed I

byTACnumber(left-handcolumnofPMR.)

The licensee also discussed several inues which it would like the NRC staff to consider so as to facilitate the licensee's planning for the 13R refueling outage. We advised the licensee that we would consider these items when they are formally submitted.
