Exercise Scope Scenario Description" which you submitted with your letter dated July 1, 1982.
The exercise scenario and performance goals appear adequate. We,areass[ ming item 8 of the exercise objectives does not include simulation of evacuation for nonessential emergency personnel from the vital areas and the protected area.
You should also be coordinating the scenario development with appropriate State and local officials. We look forward to receiving your detailed description of the exercise scenario and anticipated actions in sufficient time to make additional comments if necessary.
