Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Near Term Use of Decommissioning Funds Withdrawal of Request By letter dated September 10, 1993, GPU Nuclear notified the USNRC of the intent to implement the provisions of SECY 93-137 and utilize a portion of the Decommissioning Trust Fund for the O mer Creek Nuclear Generating Station. These funds would be used for the near l
term decommisuoning of abandoned equipment at be Oyster Creek site.
By this letter, GPU Nuclear withdraws the notification in the September 10,1993 letter. It is no longer our intent to use decommissioning funds for activities identified in that letter.
