FIRE PROTECTION - YAtWEE NUCLEAR POWER STATION The Comission has issued the enclosed Exemption to certain requirements of Section 50.48 and Appendix R to 10 CFR Part 50 in response to your letter dated May 13, 1982. This Exemption pertains to the requirenent for a fixed fire suppression system in the control room for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station.
A copy of the Exemption is being filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
